SALIMAR Peruvian Fusion is the story of two peruvian brothers Daniel Corzo and Antenor Corzo that left their native Peru to travel around the world showing their talent in the kitchen to everyone. They have worked in best restaurants of South America, Europe and the United States. Now they decided to open their first restaurant in South Florida.
In SALIMAR Peruvian Fusion, we serve the best dishes of Peru, the best of the sea and the land. In addition, you will find an extensive variety of typical dishes of Peru with our personal touch. Among them the best fish as our internationally awarded ceviche or our sautéed through our famous “Sudado de Pescado” and many more.
